These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Zed Skills website, learning management system and related services. By creating an account, accessing the platform or purchasing any product or service from Zed Skills, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Zed Skills is an online learning platform that allows instructors to create, upload and sell courses and allows learners to register, enroll and study those courses. We may update, modify or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, including courses, features and pricing, with or without notice, provided that we will honour any rights you have already acquired under applicable law.

To use Zed Skills, you must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or use the platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When you create a user account or instructor account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or use another person’s account without permission. Zed Skills reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.

All courses, videos, notes, downloads, tests, logos and other materials available on Zed Skills are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these materials are owned by Zed Skills or by instructors who license their content to the platform. When you purchase a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute or publicly display course content without prior written permission.

Instructors who upload content to Zed Skills represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights to publish and sell that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law. Instructors grant Zed Skills a license to host, display and distribute their content on the platform for the purpose of delivering educational services.

You agree to use Zed Skills only for lawful purposes. You must not upload or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, harmful, misleading or that violates the privacy or rights of others. You must not attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Zed Skills strives to provide accurate information and high-quality courses, but we do not guarantee that all content will be free of errors or suitable for every purpose. Courses may represent the views and experience of individual instructors, and Zed Skills does not guarantee any particular results, certification, employment or income as a result of completing a course.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zed Skills will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the platform will be limited to the amount you paid for the course or service giving rise to the claim, where such limitation is allowed by law.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Zed Skills regarding your use of the platform.
